A Fresh Start

Nicole Caron decided to leave corporate America behind after over ten years to start her own business. She purchased the Great Harvest Bread Company in Lexington, MA in 2004 with her then business partner and has turned it into a successful retail bakery as well as a base for a flourishing catering business that services medical, academic and corporate clients. She has recently bought out her business partner.

Her corporate background has given Nicole a special insight into the needs of her catering clients. Having experienced countless catered breakfasts and lunches during her professional career, she knows what appeals to her clients – breakfasts that include delicious coffee, fresh fruit and baked goods made with healthy ingredients, and lunches that include tasty salads, sandwiches and cookies.

With ten years experience in the accounting profession, Nicole has enjoyed building her own business and her own boss. She looks forward to many more successful Great Harvest years.
